Can I ask custom questions when someone registers?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it so you can get better data for your marketing purposes. Choose between text fields, text areas, date fields, dropdowns or even signature fields!

Can I use RapidReg as a booking form?

Yes. RapidReg gives you the freedom to set your own question types, timings, registrations per event and recurring dates. So it is a perfect tool to take bookings.

Can I use RapidReg as a track and trace tool?

Yes. The ability to offer offsite pre registration and onsite contactless registration with a QR code makes it the perfect tool. It is worth considering that if this is it's sole purpose you can't use the data for marketing. You can however use registration data for track and trace and marketing.

Can I use RapidReg for marketing purposes?

Yes. Our integration with Zapier and easy export features lend themselves to RapidReg being a great data capture tool for marketing. There are certain restrictions you must obey which are area specific. For example in Europe you must be GDPR compliant with the collection and use of data.
