Well, that's because we're relatively new on the scene. The software will likely change and improve over the years, and by using the software now for free, you are helping us develop & grow.

Every time you introduce someone to RapidReg you will gain more free registrations. If you need more power, you can upgrade to our paid plan, and we'll be able to eat this month.

Is there a limit on registrations?

Our paid plan is completely limitless. On the free account you have a limit on registrations, but you can gain more free registrations by referring us to new users.

Who is RapidReg for?

We aim to be available for all industries. The main processes we have in mind are...

- Anyone who wants to capture GDPR compliant registration data for marketing purposes
- Anyone who requires to ask client information in order to provide their service

Can I ask custom questions when someone registers?

Yes! In fact, we encourage it so you can get better data for your marketing purposes. Choose between text fields, text areas, date fields, dropdowns or even signature fields!

Can I take payments?

Yes! We work with Stripe, Paypal or Square - and you can use them to charge your attendees a fee when they register. You can even set different fees based on the answers to your custom questions.

Can I create dynamic answers to registration questions?

Yes! Using our developer documentation, you can provide your own API endpoint based on the Date & Time of registration that can provide the answers to your questions.

This is perfect if you are an activity center and wants attendees to select the group they booked with. Or you hold regular evening events, and the meal choices change depending on the date.

Can I change the Category for my Brand?

You are able to add multiple different categories for your brand as you see fit. RapidReg will group them with similar forms to make it easy to navigate. So, if you need a form for lead generation, venue check-in and activity registration. RapidReg has you covered.

How much branding can I add?

You are able to add an icon/logo and choose your company colours to ensure your branding is maintained for your customers.

Can I automatically set up recurring events/dates?

Yes. Our intuitive date settings allow you to set recurring dates in a multitude of ways. Whether you need daily events or every other Tuesday. We have you covered.

What do you mean by 'Repeat Customer Accounts'?

A "Repeat Customer Account" is for anyone that is going to return to your service again. This allows them to create an account where their registration details are saved for next time. Great for anyone with a service, activity or any other repeat trade.

Can I use RapidReg as a booking form?

Yes. RapidReg gives you the freedom to set your own question types, timings, registrations per event and recurring dates. So it is a perfect tool to take bookings.

Can I use RapidReg as a track and trace tool?

Yes. The ability to offer offsite pre registration and onsite contactless registration with a QR code makes it the perfect tool. It is worth considering that if this is it's sole purpose you can't use the data for marketing. You can however use registration data for track and trace and marketing.

How do I contact my registrations?

You can view all your registrations, answers and contact data via your RapidReg dashboard. As long as you have adhered to data privacy rules when receiving the information (enable our useful marketing consent options), customers can be:

Emailed or phoned as needed
Downloaded and used elsewhere such importing contacts into your database
Even better! Connect with Zapier to automatically add them to your mailing list for marketing campaigns.

How secure is the customer data?

We use the latest technology and internet security protocols to ensure your and your customer data is secure. All important data is hashed and 256 bit encrypted.

Can I use RapidReg for marketing purposes?

Yes. Our integration with Zapier and easy export features lend themselves to RapidReg being a great data capture tool for marketing. There are certain restrictions you must obey which are area specific. For example in Europe you must be GDPR compliant with the collection and use of data.

What's Zapier?

Zapier is an amazing tool that allows you to connect your RapidReg account to thousands of other software options to make your business more effiecient. You can find out more about Zapier on their website Zapier.com.

Why do I need to add my card details for the Free account?

We require all customers to add a credit or debit card to their brand when activating. We do this for 2 main reasons...

To fight spam sign ups, and ensure that the customer accounts on RapidReg are not bots.
Once you have used all of your free registrations, you have the option to be switched to our monthly paid plan automatically, so saving your card helps speed up that process.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel your account at any time from your billing page.

If you cancel a paid account, you will be able to continue to use all paid features up until your next billing date.

We believe in transparency and simplicity, so we have made this process as easy as possible for you. Even better, if you cancel your account, but then change your mind, its easy to undo the cancellation from your billing page.
